The Academy Counselling Centre was setup by Liam Herlihy and Patricia Moran in 2006; it is located in the heart of Cork City in an easily accessed area, with convenient Car Parks adjacent to the centre in Pembroke Street. In setting up Academy Counselling Centre, Liam & Patricia aim to provide quality psychotherapy and counselling to individuals, couples and groups. While the therapeutic orientation of the practice would be regarded as Integrative which would utilise a range of therapeutic orientations, including Person Centred Psychotherapy, Psychodynamic, Gestalt & Existential Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, each practitioner is autonomous and independent.
